I feel that if one is willing to advance for example in the Food industry it’s crucial they stay abreast of current trends, health code and safety procedures. In todays’ day with big brother always watching tighter regulations are in place and they are only getting tighter. This is in the end a great step for the business owner. Food borne illness cost food establishments thousands and thousands of dollars a year. Being educated is something restaurant owners are seeking when they are hiring new staff. The increase in the fast food industry is also going to make the simple part time jobs more difficult to get.
